Universal Modern Industries Co. for Edible Oil “UMIC” is the leading edible oil factory in Jordan since 1989 producing a wide range of edible vegetable oils as well as vegetable ghee & specialty fats. This range includes (Corn oil, soybean oil, sunflower oil, palm Olein oil, shortening, margarine & several niche market specialty products).
Since its inception, the company has continued to use the most modern refining processes and technologies available to ensure the consistent delivery of high quality and healthy products.
UMIC’s quality management system is certified by Lloyd’s register quality assurance to the standards ISO 9001:2015 & HACCP system.
For more than 30 years the company’s brands have become household names and are trusted in kitchens at home, as well as the hospitality sector, across Jordan and beyond.
